- This intermodal terminal will provide flexibility for shippers and easy access to two major railroad lines (CSX and Norfolk Southern) from a spur on the property; Interstate 464, a major truck route; and the open water of the Atlantic Ocean, in a natural harbor that has been a vital shipping center for 400 years and offers protection against severe weather.

- Refrigeration operation and warehouse
- Silos
- Packaging
- Conveyor loading
- Container loading and unloading
- Break-bulk storage
- Tugboat testing
- Handles barge traffic, preparation for ship repair and ship conversion, and heavy-lift equipment.
- In compliance with Department of Homeland Security.
- Owner willing to build out the property.
- Proximity to large number of major retail distribution centers.
