- Refrigeration operation and warehouse
- Silos
- Packaging
- Conveyor loading
- Container loading and unloading
- Break-bulk storage
- Tugboat testing
- Handles barge traffic, preparation for ship repair and ship conversion, and heavy-lift equipment.
- In compliance with Department of Homeland Security.

- Proximity to large number of major retail distribution centers.
