This intermodal terminal will provide flexibility for shippers and easy access to two major railroad lines (CSX and Norfolk Southern) from a spur on the property; Interstate 464, a major truck route; and the open water of the Atlantic Ocean, in a natural harbor that has been a vital shipping center for 400 years and offers protection against severe weather.
